First step:

You will need a Google Account to sign up to Syncing Tasks. If you don't have one already, you can Create an Account for free.

Google Apps users must have Calendar enabled to use Syncing Tasks.

The link above, will take you to Google, where you can log in using your Google Account. They will ask if you want to grant access to you calendar. In order to use Syncing Tasks, you will have to grant access.
